How is this different from regular business coaching?
Business coaching focuses on business growth and revenue. Career development coaching focuses on creating work that aligns with your professional goals, values, and life circumstances. We optimise for career satisfaction and sustainability, not just business metrics.
Do I need to have started my business already?
No. Some clients are still employed, exploring whether independent work is right. Others are already freelancing but want more strategy. Both are welcome.
Can you help me find clients?
I help you develop client acquisition strategies and marketing approaches, but I don't find clients for you. This is about building your capability to sustainably attract clients.
I'm not sure independent work is right for me. Should I still book a call?
Yes. Part of career development is exploring whether different pathways align with your goals. A discovery call can help you think this through.
What if I want to return to employment eventually?
That's fine. Independent work doesn't have to be permanent. For some, it's a bridge between employment opportunities. For others, it's long-term. We can work with either.
Do you work with people outside Perth?
Yes. Most coaching happens via video call, so location doesn't matter. I work with clients throughout Australia.
What's your cancellation policy?
24 hours notice required for session cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less notice are forfeited. This protects the time we've both committed to your development.
